  Great family hotel. Pool area always clean and family rooms are very spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentry breakfast has a good variety. Close to everything and easy higway access.

  Really poor response to noise complaints. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay while you're on a work trip I would not recommend to come here. I had to complain 3 times about children screaming, running up and down the halls, and knocking on my door (and then running away). This went on for hours, and only died down at around 8:00pm (when they were going to bed) no thanks to the staff. I had some important work to do that I couldn't actually get done one night, because the noise was so distracting and loud, and nothing was being done to minimize it. I was also informed that there had been multiple complaints from others about this same issue to the point where security was walking up and down the halls, but not saying anything to the kids or their parents (which was confusing). Other than that my stay was good, but I will be choosing somewhere else next time I need a hotel.

  Good location, close to the exit off the highway but somewhat hidden on a back street. Good early morning breakfast. Rooms are clean and modern. TV is small and not much room to sit other than on the beds. Pool is on the smaller side but has a slide. New fitness centre, mostly just free weights.

  Great staff. Decent breakfast. Hot and cold food. Beds are out of this world. Very pleased.

  Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good quality and a nice selection is available. Pool and waterside are nice too.
